++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #888915 +++ There is currently no ui implemented for unblocking blocked downloads in SeaMonkey. The functionality itself is also not tested and might not work. Downloads might become blocked by various reasons (malware, safebrowsing, parental control etc.)
