+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1378089 +++
In Bug #1378089 the Firefox library was ported to SeaMonkey. This removed the column selection widget from the UI panel.
This bug is about bringing it back. Should be done after Bug 1456589 is approved and in the tree.

Regression caused by (bug #): 1378089
User impact if declined: No column picker and you need to select a folder to see the bookmarks in it.
Testing completed (on m-c, etc.): 2.53.2
Risk to taking this patch (and alternatives if risky): column picker low. flatList might cause problems but so far look good and can be backed out if causing regressions later.
