Details
When image is broken, Mozilla displayes just it's ALT text. But Mozilla can't
select only part of this text via mouse
On URL you cound find at bottom text 'Jsi navstevnik cislo counter'. Try to
select just text 'unt' using mouse - it doesn't work. With caret browsing is
possible to select using keyboard.

This is a valid bug, but I think it's a dup of bug 12460.
