Details
See Bug 1476227 for more details about the *anonymous flags used in the inspector.
The goal here is to allow the user to add a new rule when interacting with an element under a #shadow-root. A new rule can be added either via the "+" button in the rule-view, or via the context menu.
This feature is currently behind the generic isAnonymous flag which is set to true for shadowAnonymous nodes.
