Details

This bug is to add a baseline test to each suite (and sub-suite?) so that we can be more precise in what coverage is removed through baseline removal. This will help with bugs like bug 1476526, where particular functions are used as testing utilities in some suites, but might actually be tested in others leading to unwanted removal of coverage.
