I was able to reproduce the issue using Mac OS X 10.13 and Mac OS X 10.12 on a Nightly build without a fix (63.0a1 (2018-07-27)). I verified this issue on Mac OS X 10.13, Mac OS X 10.12, Win 10 x64, Win7 x64, Ubuntu 16.04 using FF Latest Nightly 63.0a1(Build ID: 20180801100116) and the issue is no longer reproducible. Based on the above information, I will mark this as verified as fixed on Nightly.
