Ah this is with WebRender. I note the driver is 23.20.16.4973 which we have been seeing some crashes with D2D, I wonder if that is related (bug 1479795).

I was able to reproduce this bug with above build ID + "Important Modified Preferences" - with "125% (Recommended)" display scaling or - with pressing Ctrl+ to zoom in. > layout.display-list.retain.chrome: true caused this.
