During implementation of WebXR, we will identify some new tests to add to wpt. Bugs identifying the needed tests will be attached to this meta bug. The tests will be included in the wpt repo to share with other browser vendors: https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/tree/master/webxr

The meta keyword is there, the bug doesn't depend on other bugs and there is no activity for 12 months.

Indeed. Tests are landing in the linked github repo. Perhaps this meta bug is not necessary here.
