[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox and go to "https://www.twitch.tv/directory/game/Fortnite"
2. Press TAB key multiple times to highlight different elements on the site
3. Click on a blank space to remove the highlighter
4. Click on "Videos", "Clips" "Live Channels" etc
[Expected result]:
The elements should be correctly selected without any highlighter.
[Actual result]:
The TAB key highlighter will be displayed for every selection using the mouse cursor.
[Notes]:
After refreshing the page the issue will no longer occur.
It can be reproduced on any site where TAB key is used for selection.

Dao, could you please elaborate why this issue seems invalid to you? In the comment 0 scenario, the element border persists even though it shouldn't.
As a side note, this behavior is not reproducible on Chrome, Safari or IE.
Changing the bug title for a better understanding of the issue.
