bug 1476495 and bug 1479859 interact with each other a bit, and are each probably landing within the next day. Filing this bug to cover the changes that we need to make after both have landed. In particular: - bug 1476495 is adding an eLineParticipant check that should now be testing the flag added in bug 1479859 - bug 1479859 is adding an "IsContainPaint()" check which should now become IsContainLayout() || IsContainPaint() once we've got IsContainLayout added in bug 1476495.

...and it looks like Morgan is fixing the first part (replacing the eLineParticipant check) directly in bug 1476495. So perhaps there's nothing to do in this bug; once its tasks have been addressed, we can just close it as WORKSFORME or dupe it into one of the bugs where we did the work.
