STR: 1. Open a new window, focus the address bar, type in "foo" and press Enter. By default, we search for foo. 2. Open a new tab. The address bar is empty. 3. Press the drop-down arrow on the address bar. Actual results: The label at the bottom of the address bar says: "Search for foo with:". Expected results: It should say "Search with:" since the address bar is empty. Typing in something in the address bar and pressing Esc to clear it, and repeating step 3 fixes the issue. This caught my attention with the new @google/amazon search syntax in the address bar on Nightly. I got "Search for @amazon foo with:" in that label!

CC'ing Ed to make sure he sees this, in case this is important to activity stream. We already have a bug on file for this though iirc. I'll try to find it.
Well, I couldn't find it. I may have been thinking of bug 1467028. Setting as a P5 for now, but we'll certainly bump that up if we need this for activity stream.
Priority: -- → P5

The new one-off search buttons no longer show the search string, so I'll close this. (Still a valid bug for the old buttons though afaik.)
