1. Set devtools.chrome.enabled=true
2. Open browser console
3. Right click the 'Filter output' field
Result: no context menu
Expected: context menu like this:

This should be doable by wiring up onContextMenu similar to https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/99d1ca47faea#l6.49 in https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/devtools/client/webconsole/components/FilterBar.js.
