STR:
1. Open this website page - https://board.pl.ogame.gameforge.com/index.php/Board/1401-Wojny-U68/
2. Reload it few times
and see that there is delay before rendering/showing favicon
Sometimes favicon won't even load.
I suspect that it could be caused by bug #1480319, as it was with bug #1483910.
Any ideas or it's missing call?
