User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: There is an element with 1px borders. It resides inside container div with transform: scale(0.5). Actual results: Bottom and right border is hidden. IE 11, Microsoft Edge 42.17134, Chrome 68 renders borders correctly (all 4 borders are visible at any scale) Expected results: Every border should preserve width=1px when scaling applied

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:62.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/62.0 Hi, Thank you for taking the time to report this issue. I was able to reproduce it on Windows 10, 62 Release Build (20180830143136), Dev. Edition Build (20180906162647) and the latest 64.0a1 Nightly Build (20180914100156). I was also able to reproduce it on Ubuntu 18.04, and only on the latest Nightly 64 build but with only the right border missing. I was not able to repro it on Mac.
