Details

Extensions that want to use Fluent need a way to tell the browser about .ftl files that need to be registered with the L10nRegistry. There is the beginning of a proposal here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1s1ICaPMUpamiRYJaApj4yky5_VYvyW3luWZuEuCf8Jc/ This bug is to finalize a scheme and implement it.
