Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a page with video and zoom in
2. Enter fullscreen
Actual results:
The video is zoomed in and the controls are out of frame. The video can be dragged around but not zoomed out.
Expected results:
The entire video should be visible and stationery

Resolution: --- → DUPLICATE
Bug 791192 was about the controls where as this is about the video itself.
It just started happening with Nightly 64.
It seems work is being done on the Fullscreen API so it may be in relaton to that.
Further investigation is requested.

Indeed, this was misduped to bug 791192. The correct dupe is bug 1493976.
