Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a page with video
2. Zoom in on the page
3. Enter fullscreen


Actual results:

The video is zoomed in and the controls are out of frame. The video can be dragged around but not zoomed out.


Expected results:

The entire video should be visible and stationery
