If a theme were created with an excessively long "title" or "author" field, the
entire text frame of the pref panel allocated for the title, author, and
description would be extended beyond the visible edge of the pref panel,
resulting in those 3 fields being "clippped". This also results in the
"Uninstall [Theme]" button being pushed out of the panel, making it impossible
for the user to remove such an offending theme.

This is a modified version of chrome.rdf with the title of the "Classic" theme
repeated numerous times, causing the title to flow beyond the visible area and
the "Uninstall Theme" button to be pushed out of the window by the extended
text. To use, close Mozilla, copy this file over chrome.rdf in the
Mozilla\chrome directory, reopen Mozilla, open the prefs dialog, select
Appearance|Themes, and highlight "Classic".
Expected Results:
Theme title and/or author should wrap to multiple lines, and the "Unisntall
Theme" button should reamin in a fixed location, maintaining UI consistency.
Actual Results:
Theme title and/or author remain on a single line each, flowing out of the
visible window, and pushing the "Uninstall Theme" button out beyond them. The
description field is also widened to equal the title/author field, possibly
making part of the description invisible as well.

This bug is not a dupe of bug 149453, and I specifically separated them for a
reason. A very long description field in a theme pushes in one direction, while
a long title or author field pushes in the perpendicular direction. Anyone
fixing one should easily be able to fix the other, but they have separate causes
and separate symptoms.
