Steps to reproduce:
In responsive design mode I tried to add a new device with a width of 240 pixels. This is used in KaiOS phones, like the Nokia 8110.
Actual results:
The minimal allowed width is 280 pixels
Expected results:
It should be possible to set a width of 240 pixels

Thanks for the report!
This was resolved by 1437553 and will land in Firefox 63. For now you could use DevEdition or Nightly.
