* Iframes are flickering at the top and bottom. Depends on window height (like bug 1475827).
* The iframe content (https://material.io/design) has two grey lines at the bottom which shouldn't flicker when scrolling up/down. Regression date would be before 2018-01-15.
Marking fix-optional for 64. We could still take a patch in 65.
