Steps To Reproduce: 1. Download http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/nightly/2018/10/2018-10-05-10-25-16-mozilla-central/firefox-64.0a1.en-US.win64.zip Actual Results: Progress meter shows 100% highlighted. Expected Results: Progress meter should show download %
