[Steps to reproduce]: 1. Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites. 2. Open a new tab and restart the browser. 3. Observe the bottom part of the "Recommended by Pocket" area [Expected result]: - The "value proposition" followed by the "More Recommendations" strings are displayed under the "Pocket" recommendations. [Actual result]: - The "Popular Topics" footer followed by the "More Recommendations" string are displayed under the "Pocket" recommendations. I can reproduce this, but not yet sure what's going on. It looks as if the initial render for that page isn't using any state.
