Details |
My understanding was that this was added to fix some very hard to track down bugs with screen sharing on windows. Since apparently Chrome does not need changes like this, it sounds like we should be able to work around this outside of the webrtc.org code itself. If not, we should upstream it.

PlatformUIThread is only used by the video_engine code, so it makes sense to
move it there rather than maintain it as a diff against upstream webrtc.org.
