Is this issue reproducing to you when session restore is activated?
If so, it could be a duplicate of this bug: Bug 1454156

Re: Restore Prev. Sess:
This isn't applicable to the case I've reported because I keep the menu item "Restore Previous Session" disabled (always greyed out).
Rgds & Thx.
Hi,
I performed a fresh installation of Firefox 65.0b4 (32-bit) by obtaining the .msi installer from https://ftp.mozilla.org.
Regret to inform that this issue still persists.
I have tried to debug the firefox.exe executable by manually launching the devenv.exe program along with the appropriate args just to try to pinpoint as to what's going on; however, except for .PDB not loading errors and a few Javascript warnings (seen in the vs2017 O/P window), I'm unable to gather little info. None of step into, over or out of the code blocks reveal anything abnormal. As an aside, I'm running the debugger as a normal user(less privileged).
Thanks.
P.S:
1)Uninstalled older 63.x.
2)Installed 65.x...
3)after installation, and reboot, at time of launching program it prompted for creating a fresh profile to which I said 'Yes'.
