go with a xlib port of Mozilla on the 1.0 credits. You'll see the scroll effect only if you move the mouse inside the black screen. Stop moving the scroll stop

works for me on build 2002-06-12-08-trunk on Red Hat Linux, what build are you using?

Roland : does the bug appear on your xlib build ?
