2. Long press on the video

Nothing

A pop up should appear with options (Share, Play/ Pause, Full Screen, Mute, Save, Open with an App)

Hi, thanks for your report.
I can confirm the issue on the latest version of Nightly 64.0a1 (2018-10-16).
Devices: Sony Xperia Z2 (Android 6.0.1), Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 (Android 8) and OnePlus 5T (Android 8.1.0).
Also, this issue it's not reproducible on the latest version of Beta (63.0b15) and Release (62.0.3).

Just to clarify, bug 1483656 is enabled on Nightly only, so it should not affect Beta 64.

It turned out I've fixed Desktop only and didn't think of checking Fennec. It's sad that there isn't any test cases.

Verified as fixed in the latest version of Nightly 64.0a1 (2018-10-22) on Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 (Android 8) and OnePlus 5T (Android 8.1.0).
