Steps to reproduce:
Re-installed Firefox-ESR. Launching Oracle Forms which calls Java Web Client. Web call never occurs.
Actual results:
Web call to Java Web Client never occurs.
Expected results:
Web call to Java Web Client should have occurred and thus launching Oracle Forms.

We no longer support Java plugin... (ESR 52 still supported non-Flash NPAPI plugin)
