Details

Steps to reproduce: Open Firefox and have only one blank tab opened. browser.tabs.loadBookmarksInTabs is set to true. Click on a link in an external application (such as the mail client) that opens in Firefox. Actual results: It will open another tab even though there is already an empty, unused tab. Expected results: Click on a link in an external application should reuse the blank tab inside of Firefox.
