0.12 seems to bring some breaking changes with it. Find out what those are, adapt, overcome.
iirc a lot of the papercuts we have with terraform are slated to be fixed in that release

Apparently 0.11.12 is the latest. I'm trying an update to that version now for bug 1522675

It's the latest everywhere. 0.11.12 was incorrect.
