Now that the flexbox highlighter supports transforms (bug 1501226) we should add support for text node flexbox items.
We may need platform support to do this as I don't believe there is currently any way to get the untransformed position and dimensions of text nodes.

This may be possible using mainStart, crossStart, mainSize and crossSize.
