Per dbaron's comment in Bug 1506939 Comment 1, it's worth to fuzz with "layout.css.individual-transform.enabled" to see if we have any bug before we flip the pref on in Bug 1506939.

I have added "layout.css.individual-transform.enabled" to the prefs files use by the fuzzers.
