Things discussed for current "Firefox for FireTV" app or other applications: - Using different build types for QA, - Set launch flag / pref through adb, which would set the application to the "qa" channel. We can check back on their experiences on how that worked out for them later. For a longer-term solution, we may want to not use separate channels and instead put a separate "debug"/"test" tag on the pings. However, we'll have to be careful not to affect numbers from production dataset. This will require more work and conversations with the pipeline team.
