Resuming from suspend (Win10-current, Nightly current) seems to cause Firefox to hang, which deserves its own bug but is not what I'm here about.

Killing and restarting Firefox in that instance gave me a sad-animal warning that it had failed to recover all my tabs, but presented me with a "restore" button; when i clicked the “restore” button it restored all my tabs. I don't think I saw any dataloss here, but I'm uncertain.

If clicking that button will work, we should go ahead and do it without the interstitial, and if it won't that interstitial needs to be reconsidered.
