Details
This will allow generation of bewits for other rootUrls. Just pass the rootUrl in main.go, and remove the check that it's the legacy URL.

The go client still doesn't support this. I'll take this off my list for now.

I think this is done - I see nothing specific to the https://taskcluster.net rootUrl in the source.
