Details

I was trying to use `mach bootstrap` to install the `format-source` extension. See <https://gist.githubusercontent.com/jorendorff/58ba6162a9ab7c99dbba81ed8a85d509/raw/dbc9df7ed395248803e4ebbcf3184f5b5a4033f0/woe.console>. I think it did install the extension, so I don't need urgent help.
