Details |
Normally, a preview that's hovered will also be focused. But when opening the panel and the mouse pointer happens to rest at a position where a preview will appear, we don't want to move focus, yet that preview will get :hover styling. In that case we get the wrong color from button.css on Linux.

Issue was reproduced on a Nightly from 2018-11-29.
Verified as fixed with 65.0b12 using Ubuntu 16.4.
