This probe (added in bug 1423017 for the purpose of gathering data for bug 1423013) expired in 65, but we didn't get an expiry alert due to a bug in the telemetry backend systems.

I'd like to extend the probe until bug 1423013 is fixed, partly because some of the code used to implement the probe might be reused to fix bug 1423013, so I don't want to rip that code out right now.

The patch updates the expiry version to 70, but I intend to remove it
as soon as bug 1423013 lands (which will hopefully be quite a bit earlier
than 70).

Also filed bug 1513090 to track removing the probe once bug 1423013 lands.
