Can't play restricted content like Netflix or Spotify on Firefox on Windows on Snapdragon. Need the EME plugin. If Google makes one for aarch64, hopefully we can use that. Edge works, probably using PlayReady

Asa: EME should work in ARM64 Nightly now. Can you update your Nightly, and verify that services using EME now work please, and if so close this bug?

With this morning's build (2019-03-25) I was able to watch Netflix videos. There was an infobar that said it was downloading the necessary module then everything just worked :-)

Verified the fix on latest Nightly (2019-03-27)(64-bit) and Beta build 67.0b6 on aarch64-windows build on a Lenovo Yoga laptop with Snapdragon processor.
Sites that use Widewine such as Netflix, Prime video and test page https://shaka-player-demo.appspot.com/demo/#asset=https://storage.googleapis.com/shaka-demo-assets/angel-one/dash.mpd;lang=en-US;build=uncompiled now work as expected.

Updating flags accordingly

We are not planning on uplifting this to 66.
