None of those commands are allowed to raise an error. They should all return a successful response. As such if there is a timeout it needs to be ignored.

As per the WebDriver specification all of the window manipulation
commands have to return with a status of success.

As discussed lets make this a meta bug and get dependencies fixed by keeping to raise timeout errors.

I actually fixed that on bug 1521527. None of the commands raise a timeout error anymore.
