- View->Sidebar->Extension still opens the extensions sidebar, though it is broken.
- The sidebar selector dropdown in the sidebar lists extensions that do not have access

This issue is verified as fixed on Firefox 67.0a1 (20190130094929) under Win 7 64-bit and Mac OS X 10.14.1.
- The sidebar command has been removed from View->Sidebar->Extension, also the key “F8” will not trigger the sidebar for Private Window.
