The number of bugs blocking this meta is quite high, but many of them are not very big issues, I just wanted to track everything at one place. Real bugs that need to be fixed as soon as possible have been marked as P1.

We should probably stop adding more blocking bugs here. LSNG was enabled 3 weeks ago, we fixed some followup bugs that are tracked here and it seems LSNG will stick on Nightly at least.
There are 2 new meta bugs:
bug 1539835, for flipping the pref for 67 (non-early) beta and release
bug 1540402, for all kinds of remaining issues in LSNG
