Preferences are set to accept all images, but ask before downloading an image. Visiting various web sites causes Mozilla to prompt to allow/deny an image to be loaded from a particular domain multiple times in succession. 2 or more of the same accept/deny prompt appears before any can be answered. This is often due to more prompts appearing in front of them. After selecting an action for a domain, any response to the second prompt results in a crash of mozilla. After crashing, visiting the same domain will result in another prompt, though not always a double prompt. To reproduce, visit any website that has images from multiple domains, the more the better. Reproduced while writing this on http://www.random.com, though it appears to be a sporadic type thing.
