Actual results: The fill color of the left rectangle was patchy, partly red and partly blue. Expected results: It should be solid red on hover. I'm using Firefox 64.0 on Mac. It displays correctly in Firefox v63.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find the fix range using mozregression-gui (every build was good). Looking at the list of fixed bugs, this appears to be a duplicate of bug 1486952. Hi, The problems is still visible in 65.0b7 (64-bit) - tested on Windows 10. Please reopen.

I can also still repro on Nightly on Mac. It regressed some time between 2018-09-22-22-00-57-mozilla-central and 2018-09-27-10-00-44-mozilla-central it seems.

I managed to reproduce this issue on Firefox 66.0a1 (2019-01-02), under Windows 10x64.
The issue is no longer reproducible on Firefox 67.0a1 (2019-0-13), on Firefox 66.0b7, or on Firefox 65.0.1.
Tests were executed under Windows 10x64, Ubuntu 16.04x64 and under macOS 10.12.6.
