This tracks adding Paypal to tp6.

when we replay the recording we get a fully loaded page with no proxy errors
Also the firefox console is not showing any issues in loading the page.

When we run the test we get a timeout error on the first load and then fails.

Also tried to run the tests without a recording (strait from the web) and we get the same behaviour.

:rwood :jmaher any thought on what's happening here?

other tests with the same build run fine.
