Currently we have a list of disabled lint rules that we want to turn on [0]. Most of these are disabled for now because the work to add them back in is not automated so you have to manually go around and fix things. Let's make sure we get them all turned on.

Yes I am doing this. reduced the errors to half.

Can we land a subset of the new lints now and work on the harder ones later?
