See https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/26146 for the long discussion; but the gist of it is that we want to spoof in the HTTP Header but not in the javascript object.

This gets us less fingerprinting in Webserver logs; but will keep the solution for Bug 1405810 and related

duplicate of bug 1509829
