The new Private Browsing UI needs new strings. To get them in early in the cycle for l10n, we will land them before the rest of the implementation.
I know this isn't ideal but we want to hit the string freeze and allow enough time for l10n.
The strings are in the design:

- Common myths about private browsing
- Firefox clears your search and browsing history when you quit the app or close all Private Browsing tabs and windows. While this doesn't make you anonymous to websites or your internet service provider, it makes it easier to keep what you do online private from anyone else who uses this computer.
