This would be in the form of the old buildduty's buildapi running, pending etc.

Be amazing if this accounted for trends. e.g. historical pending and running counts for that day of week and time of day.

Not sure the right component but my understanding is we do have metrics for these things in signalfx but could probably use a clean up for Firefox CI monitoring.

As we transition to GCP, we'll be using Stackdriver and other GCP-related tools for this, and closing our SignalFx account, so I'm not sure mucking about with signalfx is a good use of time.

That said, if you want to define some metrics that we can output, that would be good. For example, running and pending counts would probably be best provided by the queue performing some periodic polling to send measurements. That might have to wait for postgres support, but having the bug on file wouldn't hurt.
