It would be great, if we could add a "how to do localization" section to our README file.

There are several ways to do this.

  1. We wait for #1519334 and link to that in our README. In addition we could also provide some info here related to project specific things like e.g. best practice or quirks people should be aware of.

  2. We could add a first version to our README of a more general documentation (plus a project specific section).

Any thoughts @ladybenko @daisuke @sole @jdecottes?
