While implementing other metrics, we skipped on implementing the sequence numbers for pings: https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/android-components/blob/ca697d86d1c70d1e3e159480b45f87b9b75515c8/components/service/glean/src/main/java/mozilla/components/service/glean/ping/PingMaker.kt#L64
The spec says this field is "A running counter of the number of times this ping type has been sent".
